We did not deal with anyone else at Century 21 which is why I rated this excellent. We really like to have a single contact which was Mark and we did not want to have multiple contacts. This was what we expected, wanted, and made our experience the best. Mark made us aware of the entire team we had at Century 21 if we needed them but since our experience was so positive with Mark, we never needed anyone else which in our book is truly excellent!

Great experience, Mark is the best!

Mark went the extra mile when looking for houses. While there is an automated house search that picks houses based on certain criteria, Mark made time to personally look through the listings and send us houses he thought we would like to look at. We were remote during much of this process, and Mark took the time to look at areas for things like WalMart, HEB, PetSmart, Target, and even vets in the areas so we could see what it was like to get to those places quickly. He was great to have on our side.

We are first time homeowners and lived in another city. We didn't fully grasp what we were getting into and also didn't want a "yes" man. Mark was honest, polite and a joy to work with. It's so cliche but he made us feel like family. We knew he had our best interest in mind and he was extremely patient with us. Mark is one of kind and an excellent realtor. There's not enough nice things I could say about Mark, he is truly a blessing.
